Q How do I place an order?

A Online by clicking on the relevant buttons and following instructions or by phone on 07855528295, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday

Q What if the item I order is out of stock?

A Nearly everything that is advertised on the site is in stock. The site is updated regularly to ensure that all the information is up to date. If the out of stock item is not available immediately we will give you an option of changing your order, waiting until the item is in stock, or canceling your order.

Q Delivery

A All items in stock are dispatched by Royal Mail standard delivery and are included in the cost of the garment. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 4 working days anywhere in mainland UK. If you require recorded delivery there will be an additional charge of £3. Please indicate this by ticking the "European" box.

Q Next day delivery

A An additional charge of £6 per garment is applicable for special delivery next day (garments must be ordered before noon to qualify). We cannot guarantee next day delivery

Q Overseas delivery

A An additional standard postage charge of £3 for Europe and £6 for the rest of the world is applicable

Q What is your returns policy?

A If you change your mind for any reason at all within 7 days of receiving your order you may return your item for either an exchange or a refund. All that we ask is that the goods are unused and complete with all original packaging. If you require an alternative garment please be sure to specify the colour and size you would like. Please remember to ask for a Proof of posting certificate when returning goods to us, as we cannot be help responsible for goods lost in transit to us. These statements do not affect your statutory rights.
In addition to the above, under the new European directive on distance selling, you are entitled to cancel your order without giving a reason. This must be done within 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which you receive your order.
Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and that if you decide to swap an item we can't stop the payer knowing.
We do not pay for the return postage

Q Do I need a returns number for anything?

A Yes. Please contact us either by email returns@eiraclothing.com or telephone 07855528295 to acquire a "Return Authorization Number". This number must accompany your parcel so that it is dealt with promptly.

Q Looking after your purchase

A All of our garments are machine washable, but to extend the life of your purchase wash at low temperatures and iron on reverse to protect the designs

A This is our most commonly asked question, obviously everyone has their own preferences for baggy or tight but as a general guide this should help you decide

Q What is the complaints procedure?

A In the unlikely event that you feel you are not happy with your purchase or the level of service we will acknowledge any complaint received within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Any complaints are dealt with personally and confidentially

A We accept all major credit and debit cards through paypal. You can also pay by cheque, to do this simply call us on 07855528295. Please be aware when paying by cheque your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
